1. See a demonstration in store today, of a qualifying Sharp Aquos HD ready 1080p LCD Television and qualify for a FREE 5 Year Warranty, should you purchase a qualifying product in that store on that day.
2. This promotion is offered via Participating Retailers only. Please visit www.sharp.co.uk/page/leseries for full listing of our Participating Retailers. Only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature and have in-store the 5 Year Warranty Claim Forms.

4. Promotion Period: Purchases made between, and including, the 1st February to 31st March 2010, whilst stocks last.
5. Your Sharp Participating Retailer must stamp or sign the Claim Form to verify that you have seen a Sharp Aquos Television demonstration within their store and that you have purchased a qualifying product directly after that demonstration. Only purchases made in-store and at the time of the demonstration qualify.
6. To redeem your 5 Year Warranty, please register your details online at www.sharp.co.uk/page/leseries and follow the instructions. You will be requested to send in a copy of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), with your Claim Form by the 23rd April 2010 (unfortunately receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your originals).
7. Entries, with required documentation (i.e Claim Form and Full Purchase Receipt) must be sent to: Sharp 5YG Offer, Sharp UK, 4 Furzeground Way, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB11 1EZ, UK. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the post. In addition, incomplete applications will not be accepted.
8. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty and send you a confirmation email, which will state your Warranty cover period and contact details. Please allow 30 days, from the date you posted your claim to receive your email confirmation. If you have not received confirmation after this time has elapsed, please email aquoswarrantyreg@sharp-uk.co.uk
9. Incomplete applications or applications without a warranty activation code will not be accepted.
10. This is a Sharp promotion, running in conjunction with participating retailers.
11. There is no cash alternative for this offer. No other promotional discounts, vouchers or money-off coupons may be redeemed against a purchase made pursuant to this offer.
12. Purchases made online are invalid and will not be accepted.
