TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Customers purchasing a selected Sharp Quattron LED at participating stores or online between 18th June 2010 and 31st August 2010 ("the promotional period") may claim cashback of up to £200 (in the form of a cheque). All purchases and mailing addresses must be within the UK and Republic of Ireland.

2. The following models qualify for £150 cashback: LC40LE811E, LC40LE820E & LC40LE821E. The following models qualify for £200 cashback: LC46LE811E, LC46LE821E. Only the models specified above are valid in this promotion and for the specified cashback amounts.

3. To claim your cashback please use one of the following options:
Send your completed claim form, clearly stating who the cheque should be made payable to, together with the original sales receipt(s) to: Sharp cashback offer P.O. Box 3246, Rugby CV21 1WR
Alternatively, download a claim form from www.sharp.co.uk/page/quattroncashback complete the required details and
email with your sales receipt or invoice to: cashback@tfstore.co.uk

4. ALL CLAIM FORMS SHOULD BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 30th September 2010. NO CLAIM FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE

5. The cashback is not available on products which have not been supplied and distributed by Sharp Electronics (UK) Ltd within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Please check with your dealer to ensure your Sharp Quattron LED 1080p LCD is valid before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

6. To claim your cashback you must send a fully completed claim form and your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. You must complete the claim form by inserting your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, model number of the LCD purchased, the date and place of purchase. Proof of purchase submitted must detail the qualifying product
purchased, the retailers name, address and telephone number, the date of purchase and price paid. Order confirmations and delivery notes do not constitute proof of purchase.

7. Your original sales receipt will be returned to you with your cheque.

9. We suggest you make copies of all documents before posting them and send claims via “signed for” post.

10. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof or receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

11. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

12. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your cheque. Should your cheque not arrive or should there be a problem with your cheque on receipt please call the hotline on: 0800 988 0939 in the UK, or +44 1788 545541 (ROI) or email cashback@tfstore.co.uk

13. There is no credit alternative to the cashback offer.

14. All instructions given within this leaflet and claim form are part of these Terms and Conditions.
