It's only when things go wrong that we see the true caliber of a company or organisation.
Through no fault of your own I was supplied with an incorrect product in faulty condition (manufacturers fault).You arranged immediate same day collection of the faulty item at your expense and supplied the correct item (in pistine condition) as soon as possible, and on the day you specified. In addition, you managed to keep your calm in the face of a difficult and awkward customer (my comments about myself, I hasten to add!). You have earnt my respect and my appologies and praise go to all menbers of your staff for keeping their calm and for the efficient way with which they dealt with this issue. I shall have no hesitation in purchasing again and recommending you to others.

Re my order reference 50547 - Sony head unit. I have no suggestions on improving your service. Excellent in every respect, from website to email feedback to actual delivery the next day. Searched for the item I wanted to buy on Kellgoo, one of your competitors was slightly cheaper but had 21 reviews, 20 of which gave 'would not use this company again' summaries. The reviews regarding hiwayhifi however were of the 'rave' type awarding top marks, well done. I will recommend and use you in future. I also intend to add to the 'rave' reviews on Kellgoo.

I was tempted to try your price match, but after reading all the excellent customer feedback (from Kelkoo, I think) I didn't bother. I found the item a little bit cheaper elsewhere, but only a little bit. I don't mind paying a little bit more for such excellent service. Well done

First class service from date of order (Friday 9th September) until date of delivery (Tuesday 12th). Goods arrived promptly and well packaged and I saved around £150 over what shop prices would charge. I was also kept up-to-date by their excellent online tracking system from the second I placed the order. Outstanding service.

Fast and helpful reply to my queries. Royal Mail delivered very quickly.
The only small problem was P&P cost-maybe a note should be put on the website for extra cost of Northern Ireland deliveries. Excellent service, keep it going.

Excellent service -ordered Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Didn't need to use the track order service as were sent emails at every stage of order! (Always a good feature to have on a web site though)
