product in faulty condition (manufacturers fault).You arranged
immediate same day collection of the faulty item at your
expense and supplied the correct item (in pistine condition)
as soon as possible, and on the day you specified. In addition,
you managed to keep your calm in the face of a difficult
and awkward customer (my comments about myself, I hasten
to add!). You have earnt my respect and my appologies and

I have no suggestions on improving your service. Excellent
in every respect, from website to email feedback to actual
delivery the next day. Searched for the item I wanted to
buy on Kellgoo, one of your competitors was slightly cheaper
but had 21 reviews, 20 of which gave 'would not use this
company again' summaries. The reviews regarding hiwayhifi
however were of the 'rave' type awarding top marks, well
done. I will recommend and use you in future. I also intend
to add to the 'rave' reviews on Kellgoo.

Took delivery of my Toshiba 32ZP48 television
on Wednesday 5th January 2005 and wow... what a machine.
Great service throughout the order process (via the web)
and brilliantly dealt with by the guy on the end of the
phone (sorry, didn’t get his name) when I did need

Just to let you know that I am very happy
with the service received so far. The VCR/DVD player is
exactly as I had hoped at a very competitive price - and
very quickly dispatched to me. It is about £100
cheaper than John Lewis.
