I would like to take this opportunity to
congratulate you on a truely first class service.
I was simply astounded to recieve an email from yourselves
on 22nd December informing me that my DVD recorder was being
delivered the next day (23rd) when I had only ordered it
the night before (21st) and had given up all hope of getting
the item before Christmas.
The reason I was ordering so late was that the original
order was placed by my brother with another internet company
earlier in december, there was quite a few issues with this
company which led my brother to cancel the order as they
couldn't guarantee it to be delivered before Christmas.
My brother told me what had happened and suggested that
we looked on the high street for one and just accept that
he would have to pay extra to buy it from a shop, but at
least it would be there for Christmas. Luckily we did not
find any of the specific product so came home with the plan
to order online and just accept that it would be after Christmas
before it arrived. I found your website through Kelkoo and
placed the order with yourselves, 2 days later and my item
had arrived!
Again I would like to give you my thanks for such an exceptional
service, excellent price and astounding product. I shall
certainly be ordering from yourselves again and will sing
your praises to all who ask.

prompt delivery of order 51812.Ordered Tuesday PM delivered
ThursdayAM can't be beat.
I had orders for this item from two well known internet
suppliers, one said the order would be here soon and took
a month with no delivery, the other said it was in stock
and it wasn't! Your price was £6. more expensive hense
going to them first. I will certainly give you first turn
when I require another item and recomend you to my friends.
