| Just received my order at 5.00 p.m. on
Friday December 8th as promised. Your promptness and reliabilty
has amazed me. I had ordered this with another company
but after three weeks it was still on order. Needless
to say I cancelled that order and tried you after finding
you on the web. This order is for two birthday presents.
Now one will have their present on time but one will be
late, unfortunately. I just want to say WELL DONE- you
promised delivery in two days and that is what you did.

I recently order a Sony Camcorder bag, not
the worlds largest purchase, I know. However, the service
I received from HI-Way was excellent. I was contacted shortly
after placing the order to confirm card details (my input
error) and found your staff very courteous. I was cut off
from this call and while I fumbled for the number I was
called back. All too often, when I have dealt with on-line
companies I have been sometimes saddened at how bad service
can be, not the case here.
Soon after receiving the order I returned the camera, for
which the case was intended, and emailed Hi-Way to ask about
the returns policy. Expecting an email some days later I
was emailed back within 10 minutes and clearly informed
the process for returning goods.
All too often we see bad service commented on endlessly
with good service going unrewarded. I would like to thank
you and it is just a shame that such quality of service
is not endemic throughout all on-line retailers. I certainly
will be checking your site in future when making purchase
decisions in the future.
