At the moment I use a quailty 2 channel Amp with B&W
speakers I must admit that I prefer Panasonic products as
I have a DVD recorder DMR-EX95VEBS plus a Plasma TV TH-42PX80BB
along with the Blu-ray player DMP-BD35 that I recently purchased

I wasn't very confident about buying from
Hiwayhifi as they've recieved very mixed reviews. However
i've got my AV furniture in just under a week from ordering.
I logged in so i could track the order but none of my details
were ever there, which had me worried. I phoned them and
was told they would contact me that afternoon but they didn't.
I was beginning to have serious doubts and was going to
cancel my order but i emailed them and got a reply back
saying "delivery Wednesday". I decided to give
them the benefit of the doubt and see if it arrived - it
has. So althogether they have been good but their communication
could be better. I feel more confident about using them
again and they were definitely the cheapest i could find..

I first requested a portable DVD player

the only explanation being "we are waiting for them
to come in" and "no-one has them at the moment",

Just to say thanks for my order. I ordered
a Sony Camcorder and bag. Although the bag was not in stock
I phoned up and asked whether you could send the camcorder
as I needed it urgently. You simply told me it would be
dispatched on Tuesday 17th June 2008 and believe it or not
I received it the next day 18th June 2008, barely a full
day later, and Malta is not in the Uk - it is just below

Good no-fuss service at a competitive price.
The only downside was a long wait for the goods, but when
they arrived In was telephoned straight away. The delivery
was arranged efficiently and without the usual fuss of having
to deal with some moron at the call centre of a big dispatch
company. I was very pleased to be able to receive the goods
on a Saturday at no extra charge, which alone will make
me consider dealing with you again.

After an initial guff with the net payment
system, I was sorted by a call on your Order Hotline. Hot
line wow what service, ordered on Monday, told it would
be stock on Wed and I would receive by Thurs and it was.

on 5th! Haven't tried equipment out yet, but it looks OK.
Only thing which could have been improved would have been
an e-mail to say when the goods would be delivered, est.
time (a.m. or p.m.) It was entered on City Link's site but
I had asked to be rung to make sure there was someone here.
