1.The promotion is available in participating stores
only. Only participating stores will have the official literature
and registration forms.
2. The participating Sony Dealer must stamp the
registration form to verify that you have seen a demonstration of
a
Sony BRAVIA LCD TV in-store and that you have purchased a qualifying
model. The form must be validated by the Sony Dealer entering their
eight-digit Sony Dealer number and their eight-digit Domestic &
General agent number (if they have one).
3. To redeem your free 5-year guarantee, please
complete your details and include a photocopy of your full purchase
receipt with your claim. Please send your completed registration
form and a photocopy of your receipt to: Sony 5YG Promotional Registrations,
C/O Domestic & General Services Limited, Leicester House, 17
Leicester Street, Bedworth, Warwickshire CV12 8JP.
4. Registration forms must be received within 30
days of the date of purchase. No registration forms will be accepted
after this time.
5. Please do not send your original receipt as
we are unable to return either your copy or original receipt. Incomplete
registration forms will be declared void.
6. The Promoter cannot take responsibility for
any registration forms that are lost or delayed in transit. We recommend
you send your completed form by special or recorded delivery to
ensure receipt of your form.
7. Upon receipt of your form, Domestic & General
will activate your guarantee and send you a certificate, to confirm
your period of protection and contact details. Please allow 28 days
from the date you posted your form to receive your certificate.
If you have not received your certificate after this time has elapsed,
please contact the advice line on 08444 810 457.
