FREE 3 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. You will qualify for a FREE
3 Year Warranty (1 year manufacturer warranty plus 2 years) provided
you see an in-store demonstration of a Panasonic Lumix G1 Digital Camera
and you purchase a qualifying product in store from the same dealer during
the promotional period.
2. Only purchases of the qualifying products
(DMC-G1KEB-K,
DMC-G1KEB-R,
DMC-G1KEB-A, DMC-G1KEB9-K, DMC-G1KEB9-R and DMC-G1KEB9-A)
made in-store and at the time of demonstration qualify.
3. Promotion Period: Purchases between 14th May 2009 and 31st
August 2009 qualify.
4. To qualify for your FREE 3 Year Warranty, please clearly
complete your details above and include a COPY of your full purchase receipt
(not deposit receipt), the barcode from the carton with your claim, by
30th September 2009 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned
so please retain your original). You must send a copy of your full purchase
receipt and not a deposit receipt. However if you have applied for IFC
or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not
have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposit
receipt and credit agreement.
5. Entries, with required documentation must be sent
to: Panasonic Lumix G1 ‘Three Year Warranty’ Promotion’,
Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FP.
6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected,
delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims
damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted.
Only claims made using this original claim form will be accepted. Illegible,
incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms
not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty and send
you a Certifi cate, which will confi rm your Warranty cover period and
contact details. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted your claim,
to receive your certifi cate. If you have not received your certifi cate
after this time has elapsed, please contact the extended Warranty Helpline

8. This is a Panasonic promotion, run in conjunction
with Participating Retailers. Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend
or withdraw this promotion at any time.
9. Any personal information supplied by you will be used
by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion.
10. Promotion applicable only to UK and ROI postal addresses.
