Promotion Period: Purchases between 27th October 2010 and 19th January 2011
1. To qualify for cashback, you must purchase one of the
following new (not second-hand) products: DMC-TZ10EB-S,
DMC-TZ10EB-K, DMC-TZ10EB-R and DMC-TZ10EB-A from a
participating retailer during the promotional period.
2. Promotion Period: Purchases between 27th October 2010
and 19th January 2011 qualify.
3. £30 cashback will be given for purchases made in the UK,
and €35 for purchases made in ROI.
4. To apply for your cashback, please clearly complete your
details above and include a COPY of your full purchase
receipt (not deposit receipt) and a COPY of the barcode
from the carton along with your claim, by 28th February
2011 unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned
so please retain your original). You must send a copy of
your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt.
However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit
agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have
a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your
deposit receipt and credit agreement.
5. Entries, with required documentation must be sent to:

6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for
misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible
claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax,
telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Only claims made
using this original claim form will be accepted. Illegible,
incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as
will claim forms not completed in accordance with these
terms and conditions.
7. Upon receipt we will process your cashback claim and send
the cheque made out to the name provided on this claim
form. If you have not received your cashback cheque 45
days after posting your claim form, please contact the
Lumix Cashback Helpline on Tel: 0800 072 7649 (Monday to
Friday 9:00 - 17:00) or e-mail: cashback@FOTF.co.uk
8. This is a Panasonic promotion, run in conjunction with
Participating Retailers. Panasonic UK reserve the right to
extend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
9. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by
Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion.
