1.You will qualify for £50
(UK resident) or €55 (Ireland resident) Cash Back and Free 3 year
warranty provided you see an in-store demonstration of a new Panasonic
Lumix G1, GF1 or GH1 digital camera and purchase a qualifying product
from the same dealer during the promotional period.
2. Only purchases of the following product numbers qualify for
this promotion if purchased in a store after a demonstration during
the promotion period DMC-G1KEB-K,

3. Promotion Period: Purchases made between 1st February 2010 and 5th
April 2010 qualify.
4. To qualify for your Cashback and 3 year warranty, please
clearly complete your details above and include a COPY of your full
purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), the barcode from the carton
with your claim, by 30th April 2010 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot
be returned so please retain your original). You must send a copy of
your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt. However if you
have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing
retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy
of both your deposit receipt and credit agreement.
5. Entries, with required documentation must
be sent to: Panasonic Lumix G Cashback & 3 Year Warranty Promotion,
Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FP.
6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for
misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms
or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will
not be accepted. Only claims made using the original claim form will
be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed
void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms
and conditions.
7. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty and
send you a Certificate, which will confirm your Warranty cover period
and contact details. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted
your claim, to receive your certificate. We will then process your £50/€55
cashback and send a cheque made out to the name provided on this claim
form. If you have not received your certificate or cashback cheque 45
days after posting your claim form please contact the extended Warranty

8. This is a Panasonic promotion, run in conjunction
with participating dealers only. Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend
to withdraw this promotion at any time. No other Panasonic promotion
for this product can be claimed at the same time as this offer. This
Claim Form cannot be used for purchases made on-line or in Currys, Currys.digital
or Comet stores.
9. Any personal information supplied by you will be
used by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance
with data protection legislation.
10. Promotion applicable only to UK and ROI postal
addresses.
11. By purchasing a Lumix G camera you are eligible
to join our FREE online user club “www.lumixlifestyle.co.uk”.
Share your photos and opinions on our club forum and gallery, save money
