1. See a demonstartion in-store today of a qualifying Panasonic Camcorder (HDC-HS300, HDC-TM300, HDC-HS200, HDC-TM200, HDC-HS25, HDC-HS20, HDC-TM10, HDC-SD10) to qualify for either £50 Cash Back or a Free Panasonic 32Gb SD Card. Purchase of SDR-H90EB9-K, SDR-H81EB9-K, SDR-S26EB-K/R/N/A, SDR-S15Eb-K/P/T/S qualify for a free 3(1+2) year warranty if purchased during the promotional period.
2. Promotional period covers purchases made between 1st Nov 2009 and 31st December 2009. Please complete the form to verify that you have seen an In-store product demonstartion at a participating retailer and purchased a qulaifing product directly after that demonstration. Only purchases made in in-store and at the time of demonstartion qualify.
3. To redeem your £50 Cashback / Panasonic 32Gb SD Card /Panasonic 3 Year Warranty please complete and return the form , including a Copy of yor full purchase receipt (not deposite receipt), by 31st January 2010 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please reatin your original). Claims received after 31st January 2010 will not be accepted. You must send a copy of your full purchase receipte and npt a deposite receipt.
However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposite receipt and credit agreement.
4. Please send completed forms with required documation (i.e COPY of yor purchase receipt) to: Panasonic Camcorder Xmas (Cristmas) Promotion, Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FP. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
5. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed oor lost claims, incomplete or illegibla claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail wil not be accepted. Only valid claims made using the official form will be accepted. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Upon receipt your chosen offer will be sent. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted your claim to receive your certficate, SD Card or casbback, warranty certificate or cashback 45 days after posting, please contact the Helpline 01344 706723 or email fullhdcamcorders@eupanasonic.com

8. Any personal information supplies by you will be used by Panasonic solely in the administartion of this promotion.
9. Cheques and SD Cards will only be sent to Uk postal addresses.
