Panasonic UK Ltd, ‘BD60 & BD80 Film Promotion’
Promotion Period: 1st April 2009 – 31st July 2009
1. To qualify for your 2 Blu-ray™ discs, you
must purchase a Panasonic
DMP-BD60 or DMP-BD80
Blu-ray™ player between 1st April and 31st July 2009.
2. To redeem your Blu-ray™ discs, please complete
your details below and send this claim form with your original till receipt
and a stamped address A4 padded envelope with postage affixed to the value
of £2.60 and send to the address below. For Eire addresses, please
send your claim form, original till receipt, an A4 padded envelope plus
a cheque (made payable
to Panasonic) or postal order for €5.20 to: BD60 & BD80
Film Promotion, Panasonic UK, PO Box 716, High Wycombe, HP11 1XT. Your
original receipt will be returned with your Blu-ray™ discs.
3. Blu-ray™ discs are only available while stocks
last and no responsibility can be taken should disks not be available
at the time of your claim.
4. The Blu-ray™ titles are as stated and no alterative
gifts are available.
5. Each application will be responded to within 28 days
from receipt of your claim.
6. No responsibility can be taken for claims lost, delayed
or damaged in the post.
7. . The closing date for all claims is 30th
September 2009.
8. Panasonic UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or
amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable
control. |
