TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY, PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FULL DETAILS:
1. To redeem your 5 year warranty you must purchase a qualifying Panasonic Digital Camera (new, not secondhand) from a participating UK or ROI retailer.
2. Only purchases of the following models qualify for the offer: DMCFZ48, DMCFZ150
3. Promotion Period: Purchases between 1st September and 31st October 2011 qualify.
4. To qualify for your 5 Year Warranty, please clearly complete your details above and include a COPY of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), by 30th November 2011 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). You must send a copy of your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt. However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposit receipt and credit agreement.
5. Entries, with required documentation must be sent to: Panasonic Lumix Compact Camera ‘Warranty’Promotion’, anasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FP.
6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Only claims made using this original claim form will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty and send you a Certifi cate, which will confi rm your Warranty cover period and contact details. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted your claim, to receive your Certifi cate. All claims will be processed within 40 days of receipt; however if you have not received confi rmation within 45 days of posting, please contact the Extended Warranty Helpline on 01344 706723 or e-mail lumixcameras@eu.panasonic.com. Regrettably claims chased after this time, and outside of the closing deadline will not be accepted.
8. This is a Panasonic promotion, running in conjunction with Participating Retailers and the warranty is only valid within the EEA, Switzerland and Turkey. A list of Participating Retailers can be found on our dealer locator (website). Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
9. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion.
