This promotion is open to all the residents of
the UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of
Ireland between 12th November 2009 and 28th February 2010 both
dates inclusive. Consumers purchasing a JVC Everio™ camcorder
may claim cash back as follows:

send in a copy of your purchase receipt (not original) with

1. Proof of
purchase (copy) and the "1st Year Guarantee" card(s)(pink)
will not be returned, as these become the property of
JVC.

Failure to send in requested documents and any receipts without
name and address will result in non-payment of your cash back
claim.
3. Cash back can only be claimed on EVERIO™
camcorders that have been supplied and distributed by JVC
UK/ JVC Ireland within the UK including Channel Isles, Isle
of Man and the Republic of Ireland. Please check with your
dealer to ensure your JVC EVERIO™ camcorder is eligible
for this offer before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
4. All claims must be registered online by 28th February
2010 and requested documents to arrive at JVC UK clearly marked
"EVERIO™ CASH BACK OFFER" no later than 28th
February 2010. No claims will be accepted after this date.
5. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof
of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for any claims
or requested documents lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
6. Incorrect, inaccurate or any claims not completed
in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed
void.
7. Depending on which Everio™ Camcorder has
been purchased, the appropriate amount of cash back amount
will be paid into your bank account as per details supplied
in the online claim form within 28 days of receipt of the
requested documents. Should you not receive your cash back
within 28 days then please e-mail everiocashbackoffer@jvc.co.uk
8. This promotion is only available on new stock
purchased from participating JVC Dealers.
9. JVC reserve the right to recall/cancel the payment
if the product is returned.
10. There is no credit alternative to this offer.
11. Any personal information supplied by you will
be held on a secure system and used by JVC exclusively for
the purposes of this promotion unless requested otherwise.
